Special products

We are the only producer of special products in Hungary. They are complying with all relevant national and international product quality standards. The special products are made of hungarian gases, the product quality is outstanding. Our product porfolio consists of polyurethane (PUR) foaming used in automotive industry, polyurethane items used in automobile assembly, PUR foaming and isolation materials in construction industry, aerosol products in cosmetics industry, filling goods, consumer electronics (fridges) and also pentanes used for polystyrene production. Moltrans, a 100% MOL subsidiary, is dedicated for specialized products delivery. Road transportation fits to the high standards in terms of product quality, quantity measurement and HSE aspects. We also serve small bulk customers. Minimum ordering amount in case of gas is 1 gas barrel, in case of pentanes 1 metal barrel. We also carry out (design and build) bulk systems.

Dry


1.) Direct heat exchanging dryers with relatively small (1 MW) power:

The type MEKMÁR 9, 13, 25, 34 dryer product family is capable of drying 500 hectares (~5000 tons) of corn. According to practical experiences drying 1000 tons of corn requires 10 ÷ 14 tons of PB gas, assuming an average of 10% water elimination. These are the intermittent dryers, they are not provided with (heat) recuperation system.


2.) direct heat exchanging dryers with great (3 ÷ 10 MW) power

The Bábolna 1.15, Sirokkó 30/3, 30/4, Colmann, etc. type dryers are capable of drying 10.000 hectares or more corn. According to practical experiences when using these types drying 1000 tons of corn requires 10 ÷ 12 tons of PB gas, assuming an average of 10% water elimination. These are persistent dryers, they are not provided with (heat) recuperation system.


3.) fluid dryers, with an average power of 2 MW

They are capable of drying max. 500 hectares (~5000 tons) of corn. According to practical experiences drying 1000 tons of corn requires 8 ÷ 12 tons of PB gas, assuming an average of 10% water elimination. These are persistent dryers, certain types are provided with (heat) recuperation system, and operating with fluid – self-evaporating gas-burner.


4.) Dryers with heat recuperation system

With great power limit (1,8 ÷ 6,5 MW) they are capable of (based on their power limit) drying 200 ÷ 20.000 hectares (200 ÷ 20.000 tons) of corn. According to practical experiences drying 1000 tons of corn requires 8 ÷ 10 tons of PB gas, assuming an average of 10% water elimination. These are persistent dryers with (heat) recuperation system, are computer-led and regulated in point of both the burner and the machine.
